• Products are shipped direct from the manufacturer
• All shipping rates apply only to the contiguous United States.  Please contact us for other shipping destinations and rates.
• Once your order is received, you shipment will arrive in 10 - 14 business days.
• Shipments will be made by standard shipping methods. 

Back Order Policy

• Contact us immediately by email at backyardcompost@aol.com  if you wish to cancel your order.  Otherwise all backorders will automatically be shipped when available. 

Return Policy

• Back orders will be automatically shipped upon availability.  Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.  If you would like to cancel this back order, please e-mail us or click on contact us on the home page.
• If an item is damaged in shipment or defective, contact us by email on the Contact Us Page and we will give you return instructions. All items must be returned within 30 days.  We pay return shipping cost on damaged or defective merchandise.   Return the item in the origianal box with all paperwork and packing material. 

• Any good items may be returned within 30 days of receipt as well.  Any returned item must be packed in the original box(es), with all original packing material, parts, and paperwork.  We do not pay for return shipping cost on of any item unless it was defective or damaged in shipment. See description of product for any restocking fees, for example greenhouse returns are charged a 20% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made at the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.  This fee will be waived on any item that is determined to be defective or damaged in shipment.
