Envirocycle Return & Cancellation Policy:

Returns:  The SELLER will accept returns of Products within five (5) days of delivery, if, first Purchaser MUST contact SELLER to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and returns the Products to the SELLER along with a valid original receipt. The refund price will be the amount paid by the PURCHASER for the merchandise, less any shipping charge incurred by SELLER to originally ship the Products and a re-stocking fee of US$15 per unit. SELLER will not assume shipping charges for any items returned. Products being returned must be returned in their original condition, unused and fit for resale and must be in their original packaging, including all original parts, documentation, manuals and accessories.

Cancellation/Changes:  PURCHASER may not cancel or change an order once placed with and accepted by SELLER except with the written consent of SELLER and upon terms that will indemnify SELLER against any loss, including payment to SELLER of all applicable cancellation or restocking fees. Special ordered items, including bulk orders, may not be cancelled or returned, and no refund will be made therefor

Envirocycle™ Warranty: 5 years on manufacturer defects and workmanship:

Composter/Composteamaker and the Mini Composter/Composteamaker, only the following parts are covered by the SELLER's limited warranty: the cylinder drum (including the door), the base, the wheels, the plugs, the axles, the screw cap and the latch.

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal maintenance or items consumed during normal operation, normal wear and tear, use under circumstances exceeding specifications or not in accordance with the printed directions enclosed with the Product or on SELLER's website, discoloration due to environmental conditions, abuse, contamination, misapplication, unauthorized repair or alteration, lack of proper maintenance or damage caused by natural causes such as fire, storm or flood, or by animals. Further, due to the use of a high percentage of recycled plastics in the fabrication of the Products, slight variations in color may occur between Products. In no event shall the SELLER's liability to PURCHASER exceed the purchase price of the allegedly defective Product
